To participate in the teaching، curriculum management and educational innovation in the college، to work closely with the Dean College of Medicine، to supervise the PhD Program in Medical Education and master of leadership in Health Professions Education. Moreover، to plan and implement faculty development activities aiming at enhancing the effectiveness of the teaching and Learning، students' assessment، and educational research in the college of Medicine.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Supervise the proposed PhD in Medical Education and the existing Master of leadership in Health Professions Education
Provide support and advice to the Dean in matters pertaining to the curriculum delivery and assessment at under and post graduate level.
