Job Description
The Department of Cognitive Sciences at the United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Linguistics at the rank of assistant/associate professor. While the area of specialization is open، applicants with competence in the field of computational linguistics/data science will be of particular interest. The successful candidate is expected to have an excellent publication track record and a demonstrable ability to attract competitive funding. The Department of Cognitive Sciences at UAEU is dynamic and diverse، with an excellent track record in research. We seek a collegial and talented colleague in the discipline of Linguistics. on the border with Oman and about 1.5 hours’ drive from both Dubai and Abu Dhabi cities.
