Job/Position Summary
The College of Business Administration at University of Khorfakkan invites applicants for a full-timeand part-time faculty position in management at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. Although we invite applicants from any field within the management and organization studies' discipline، priority will be given to candidates with teaching and research expertise in one or more of the following areas: strategic management، operations management، human resource management، Industrial Management.

Major Responsibilities

Sought after competencies
Candidates must have strong potential for conducting original research، with strong working papers ideally on track for publication in prestigious management journals. An advantage is having prior articles in prestigious management journals. The ideal applicant should be capable of teaching across the curriculum at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Qualifications
The minimum qualification includes a Ph.D. in Management from an AACSB accredited university.
